Welcome to Stafford's largest family friendly bootcamp!!

We are an all-weather, outdoor bootcamp that's instructed by two ex-military personal trainers.  Our bootcamp sessions are conducted at Stafford's Cricket and Hockey Club located along Riverway in Stafford, the sessions range from 30 to 40 minutes in duration and are suitable for all abilities. We service, Stafford, Stone, Stoke, Church Eaton, Haughton, Gnosall and all other surrounding areas of Stafford.

 

We are that confident that you'll want to be a part of our amazing bootcamp community that, we offer you a complimentary session to try on us.

 

Stafford bootcamp sessions are on every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 1815 and every Saturday Morning at 0815.
